my xj shifting problem

it started this about a month ago. it will shift a a high rpm in over drive. but in drive it shifts fine. after getting to 55 mph i can the n go to OD and it shifts fine as long as i stay above 55. i can move the TV cable on the top of the engine and it changes the shift point. where is the TV cable located near the transmission?
any help would be appreciated.

Did you reset the TV cable as instructed in the FSM?

i reset the top , i cannot find the bottom.
