my 1995 grand cherokee larado wont start. the center wire out of the distibutor was fried in two pieces at the insertion to the ignition switch. the battery died because the alarm was sounding and the flashers were flashing. i replaced all the spark plug wires, tried to jump it with another car, but it wont crank at all. it doesnt even turn over. the alarm sounds and flashers flash for a minute or two. any ideas?

If the Alarm is armed when the key is cycled on then that will disable the ignition..Disable the alarm first before you try to crank on the ignition. make sure that Fried wire you mentioned has been properly repaired.. Is there any other symptoms like Flickering lights other than the Flashers?

My 1995 grand cherokee 4.0 blows the engine control fuse every time i turn the key can i get some help please

how do i disable the alarm?
by cycling ignition on/off, remove the key from the ignition, open the drivers door, lock the vehicle via the power door locks and close all doors. After waiting 2 minutes, unlock the vehicle manually using the key (do not use the remote keyless entry fob) and open a door. The alarm should not sound and the vehicle should start and run normally if thats whats causing the no start condition.
