My clutch master cylinder arrived last night and i installed it today but it was different than the old one. The cylinder that connects to the pedal is a lot shorter than the old one. The pedal is now perfectly aligned with the brake pedal. My question is: Is the pedal supposed to be that close to the firewall? I had a little trouble driving it because I'm used to some leeway in my clutch.
