i bought one for the wife's old liberty because it was older then when they put those badges on and the liberty was locked and had all the skid plates and everything from the factory so i know it would've came with one.
i always think of getting one for the wrangler but why? the wrangler is what those badges are judged off

There bench mark is the Rubicon trail. If the vehicle can make it through it earns the trail rated badge. But they forgot to say how much body damage the vehicle took....
