Do you guys have any thoughts about a ls1 in a 2000 tj?
price? time to put it in?

nice and expensive, but why a LS1? last year for the LS1 was 97 or 98 in F-body's then went to the LS6, which would be a 50 state legal swap. In most states it is not legal to swap an older motor into a newer chassis. a ls 5.3, LS6, LQ6, LQ9 are all far more powerful motors and will cost about the same to intsall as a LS1

How much Is that???? Money wise. And you got any ranges in your mind of the hp and torque from any of them?? I'll look it up.
