Local beers / breweries are popping up all over the place

I'm a bit of a beer guy, and I've noticed that over the last year or so, tons of local breweries have popped up where I live. Even 7-11 has devoted a section of their shelf space to craft / local beers.

I for one approve of this new trend. :drunk:

I've noticed that too. Here in Memphis we've got a very successful local brew and I know of a couple more that are about to open. I also approve.

Everyone here in Colorado has been doing the Craft Beer dance for awhile. It is wonderful and Mmmm Mmm good

There are a few in my area, I hate to say it but I haven't checked them out yet. I've heard good things about the ones in Knoxville. I am beer man and do like sampling different kinds. Me and my wife have tried the local winerys here lately. There's a vineyard down the road from us ( Nolichucky Vineyard ) we've been wanting to go checkout. They have open air concerts and a Blues & BBQ event. Arron Tipon was there last summer. It's just a few miles from the house, we need to just make it a point to drop in.

We have a few in and around Sacramento also. So far my favorite is Knee Deep Brewing in Lincoln. LOVIN the micro brews.
