Well didn't get done till after midnight and still have to install the new pitman arm but i got her back on all 4 tires and snapped these three pics real quick for the boards.

sorry they're so big and once i get a socket big enough to get that old pitman arm off(stupid 1 and 5/16) i'll get some pics of it in action.
 

Yeah 4.5 RE extreme duty. Got the new pitman arm on and everything is good to go. Drove her around a little she sure does feel weird compared to stock. I'd say better but haven't had enough time in her yet to really tell. Yeah new meats are on their way but might have to take back seat to a SYE. There's a little vibration(not much at all and hardly noticeable unless u are lookin for it). Took her out and flexed her a little, nothing too extreme still had swaybars connected but already it's outshone the stock suspension by a million.here's a few daytime shots not sure if it's a better look than at 12:30 in the morning.

There's a little vibration(not much at all and hardly noticeable unless u are lookin for it

Loosen the 2 nuts that hold the transfer case to the belly skid. Drive (take it easy) around the block. See if they moved from thier original position then re-tighten them. It may be that the tansfercase may need to slide a bit to adjust to the new driveline angle.
 

Looking good. Doesnt look like the jeep can fit in the garage anymore :)
