Lift Install Question???

On sunday I am going to help a friend install a 3.5inch Black Diamond lift kit on his 03 Wrangler. I was wandering if there was anything we should know ahead of time that might not be specified in the instructions or that we need and also about how long it might take 3 mechanically inclined guys to do. its pretty easy, i did my lift in about 20 hours with all the wrong tools and no water to drink juss beer, hehehe

Take your time, work safely, and follow the funny papers (instructions). If you run into a roadblock, Jeepz will be here!

Have a side grinder, cutting torch out fit, and a die cutter on hand just in case. Removeing the old is more work than installing the new. Drink more water than beer. hehehe Tug

2003 model might not be too bad, but the bolts on my Jeep were frozen solid. Lots 'o cutting.

go get some pb blaster... get it on all of the bolts before you get in there... and it is not a bad idea to hit all of the reused the bolts with a wire brush before reinstalling them... and USE A TORQUE WRENCH
