Level 10 Transmission for Grand Cherokee

Its out of a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2,

Its a 46RE with the "bulletproof" build on it. The only issue i had with it is it does NOT fit on my 2001 Dakota R/T 5.9, heres a couple pics of it.

I wish this would work on my truck because its an amazing transmission but unfortunately it just wont bolt up to my motor. I cant get an exchange back from the previous seller so Im just trying to get back what i paid for it ($1100+$30 for the paypal fee=$1130+shipping if needed, i picked it up.) I can meet you if you prefer within reason. Id really like to sell it asap because my transmission is pulled and needs repair, plus i feel bad that my truck is stuck in my mechanics shop. its just what Level 10 calls the package they put on this transmission, its on their site
