Jeep sounds cammed

My 1997 Jeep 4.0 is running like it’s cammed and I can’t figure it out it idle at 2k and jumps rpms and it’s got a new head gasket new tps and new map sensor new fuel pump and fuel injectors and fuel rail

Get this sorted out?

Check vac leak and that the intake and exhaust was seated correctly. High idle is often a vac/intake leak.
