the problem with the jeep t18 is there were so many different lengths of transmission. If the trans came out of a cj it should pretty much be a direct bolt in, if it came out of a waggy, or pick up it may be too long, but can be made to fit. I used to know what had to be done but it has been so long since I looked into it that I cant remember off hand (If you have the bellhousing with the t18, that may be all that is needed). measure your current set up from the bellhousing to the driveshaft yoke on the tcase and compare that to the t18,s set up, if they are real close to the same id say your good to go. will need new clutch I think.
