Improving the ride quality if E3000 shocks

Broke a rear shock cross pin yesterday, I wondered why the ride had gotten so comfortable before I heard the shock floppin around; which conclusively proves that E3000's work best when disconnected... :lol:
 

oh, on a related note I replaced the cross pin with a high dollar version ($20 for 2 pins) from WP Warrior, I'll never try and cram one of those crappy stamped steel forked ones through a bushing for hours on end again. Talk about the proverbial square peg and round hole. The new one went through the new bushing slicker than snot and has to be two or three times stronger.
