Ignition Control Module location - 1988 YJ

I don't post very often, but I need a little assistance. I've replaced everything related to the ignition minus the coil and ICM. I'm going to start with the ICM, but I don't know where it is located. The Chilton manual says adjacent to the battery on the fire wall, but no dice. Not sure if the PO did the nutter by-pass to be honest, but any suggestions where the ICM might be located is appreciated.

Driver's side under the radiator overflow or the windshield washer bottle. Work fried my brain today and I can't remember which it is.
