IFS Speech

Hey guys, I attend an engineering school in indiana, and like all engineering schools, they require we take a certain amount of humanities classes. Nobody likes them but everybody takes them, mine this quarter is "Fundamentals of Public Speaking." Anyways, I'll be giving a persuasive speech at the end of the week and the first topic that came to mind was this:

Convince an audience of Jeep higher-ups to NOT switch to IFS/keep solid front axles.

Sound good? Maybe? I think it might be fun. I was hoping I could get some ideas on this from y'all. I gotta fill 7-9 minutes on this, so I need help . Any thoughts y'all have on this, no matter how silly, short, long, serious, vulgar, I don't care. I just need ideas, lol. I'll attribute each quote I use to the appropriate person, so maybe your first name would be helpful. SO, go for it. Thanks in advance guys, have a good one.

Part of the allure of the Jeep is the ability to modify. Solid axles are a boon to that end. IFS axles would make it most difficult.

and more expensive. you say your in engineering school, take at least some of the schpeal to an engineering stand point. let the audience know that IFS is more expencive to build rasing cost to the consumer. tell them about the history of the Jeep, at leas a little of it. tell them that the Jeep has solid axles for a reason, reliability, ability, and modability. Jeep could have gone IFS along time ago, but thay didnt for them reasons right there. thats my 2 cents and now im off the maul, im gone byby.
