idle speed control relay

Where is the idle speed control relay on '96 cherokee laredo? or is it the same as the asd relay now? I have a problem with low rpm and intermitant engine shut offs. (asd) auto shut down relay

The ASD is in the underhood fusebox. It could also be the idle air controller (IAC) needs cleaning or replacing. (if it's only a problem at idle or coming to a stop) It could also be the lockup torque converter isn't disengaging.
