I need some help with electrical on 99 cherokee

Hello, I have a problem with my 99 cherokee. When I bought the vehicle, it was great! But now, the driver door doesn't lock, the window on the same door is hit and miss, and the locks will click and honking the horn at random while driving. Do I need to overhaul the wiring? Or is there a better, easier fix?

The wires usually break in the rubber boot between the door and chassis. Also, check all ground wires as well.
