hydraulics anyone?

Had to have my gals 93 yj towed home this afternoon, Its a 4.0L manual trans. The clutch is stiff and there is fluid in the master cylinder, but after the engine starts the clutch goes limp and engages a lil bit just above the floor board. Is there any vaccum lines associated in the design or can this be a faulty slave cylinder?? Thanks, Frank

there is no vacuum associated w/the clutch - most likely a prob w/the slave - hate that donut.... dont know why its acting weird when running....

if you can... try to get a later model bellhousing so you can convert to an external slave
