How to remove very small stripped screws

I'm working on a TV that I got for free, and there are some pretty small screws that I've managed to strip. Anyone have a good trick for removing them?

Normally I'd heat them up until they glow, but I have a feeling I'd just end up burning down the house this time.

I found these in my toolbox, and they worked perfectly. Craftsman for the win.
