Hiking Today

Me and my buddy Kevin went hiking today. Didn't make it to where we intended as we gathered some bad information on the distance we actually had to hike and ran out of time. Anyway, pics.

The reason we didn't make it out to Tinker Cliffs, we were informed it was only two miles from the trail head... We were at this sign around 5:00

Looks like a good place to do some fun mountain bike ridin'. My wife is just begging to move back east and it's getting harder to find reasons to stay here.

That looked like the New River in a couple of those pictures. It is a beautiful area around there.

No thats not the New, it's the reservoir that feeds Roanoke County. I can't remember the name of it.

awww you look so disapointed in the one picture. i know i get sad when i think its a shorter hike too and cant finish it.

Yea, that was up in Roanoke.

I don't know about West Coast Canada scenery... You could always take me on a weekend hike and show me
