High idle 92 4cylinder

Hey guys i just bought this wrangler to day and its idling between 2000 and 1500 rpm and it makes a winning whisling noise somtimes i checked the vacum lines and they all seem to be in good shap what could be the problem

change the IAC motor (Idle air control motor) cheap, on the side of the throttle body.

Thanks for the advice dude i cleaned out the IAC and it didnt fix it but it needed the cleaning but the good news is i did find the problem the intake bolts were all loose i tightend them up problem solved thanks for the reply tho
