I'm having severe electrical problems. Not the battery. Not the alternator and now not the battery cables. It starts every time I crank it, but the battery guage doesn't go above a quarter of the way and when I turn something on, something like windshield wipers, turn signal, high beams.. the jeep turns off-but starts right back up again! I'm really starting to lose my mind. help.
