The accessory circuitt is before the starting circuitt, and when you say does nothing is the igition switch good? or if you want to bypass the acc. part jump the starter silinoid with a wrench thats the best way to break down the two circuits since its a 80 model it will have a mechanical fuel pump so it should start or atleast roll over
