I don't know about you guys but I like those air filter boxes that fuel injected vehicles have that hook to the throttle body with a plastic mount and a long hose. I like how easy it is to change the filter, how nice and enclosed the filter is, and how clean it look. I was walking the junkyard today trying out different distributor adapters and looking at engines and stuff when I came across a late or mid 90s dodge Dakota with a v6 in it. I noticed it had an interesting filter set up, like a carb normally does. So I took it off. I walked back and paid for it and went out and popped the hood on my ol' jeep and pulled my filter housing to try it out.
How does it look? I am going to check out some filter boxes and stuff next weekend and also get the tb air intake piece from a 90s caddie that was wrecked too because it was similar and shaped a little differently.
