I would be weary of a simple two wire deal that just splices into your harness. That site was alittle light on the details, and I couldn't even find a complete image of the product.
I don't do the performance chip thing, but if I had to I'd probably get something from superchips.com, or another big name company.
Usually if something is too good to be true (50hp and 1/3 more mileage for $55) it is.
