Could someone please tell me if this is even fixable

It will take some work to repair that but yes it can be repaired. If you have not done any fiberglass work, it will be a trial and error. The main thing is to prep the area really well so that the new sheet of fiberglass and the resin will adhere to it properly. It will take several resin applications to rebuild the section back to its contour after sanding and shaping several times. If you decide to just replace it and your located here in Texas, i know of a guy that has a CJ hardtop in good shape. I recently bought one for $400.00. And if you DO decide to replace it, im looking for the rear window hatch frame that's not rusted through. Just let me know how much you want for it.

to add my 2 cents, use some construction adhesive prior to your glass work and clamp it in the proper position. ( on the jeep would be best ) let it dry completely and it will give you a good solid base to begin the shaping. I had bought a cracked hard top that had sat off kilter so long it wouldnt line up right and i did the glue / glass and it was still fine 5 years later when i sold the jeep. good luck
