Yea that Gerber is pretty cool. It has a million ways to attach the sheath, even attaches to a MOLLE vest. It has thigh and half straps too. It's got a lot of cool features built into it like a sharpener in the sheath, a hammer on the butt, a spike to break plexi glass on the butt, and holes in the handle designed to allow it to be lashed as a spear.

I haven't bought any knives in years. Anybody know any resources to find info about old knives. I have one my grandfather gave me that is about 12" long and has a stag handle. The only identifying marks are "Solingen" as in Germany, then there is a fist holding 3 arrows stamped next to it. I have never been able to find out anything about this knife, but I bet it is worth some money. It's razor sharp and easy to keep that way.
I always liked the Gerber's, but they are a PITA to sharpen.
