I have a 72 cj6 3 speed with around 86000 miles on it what kind of oil would you put in the transmission,transfer case,front and rear end.I would like to know what yall have found out what works the best
I'm using Lucas 80/90wt in both diffs and trans. I've got the T-176 4speed though. Not sure if the T150 would take the same weight oil. I like Lucas products. It had to be better than the muddy water that was in it when I changed it all though.
80/90wt in the diffs and trans and tcase. If your rear has a limited slip get a sep quart for it with limited slip modifier. Will probably be labeled as LS modifier, or safe to use with LS.
