funny sound in 4th

when im goin over 35 and put my jeep in 4th gear, and let off the clutch there is a little shudder or shake, and im not sure what it it.... it only happens when in goin above or around 35..... doesnt do it in any other gear at any speed..... and it happens slightly less when the front drive shaft it turning, weather the drive shaft it turing b/c the t-case is in 4wd or the hubs are locked, im going to get new u-joints at work tommorow to see it that is the prob, but does anyone have and ideas [addsig]

Does it go away right away, or stick around the entire time you're in 4th gear?[addsig]

Sounds like the start of a transmission mount going bad, but could be a ujoint. Check all the mounts, engine, transmission, a torque mount if you have one. Let us know.[addsig]

bounty you are a genious.... now that you say that i bet that is what it is.... when i go over a medium or bigger size bump the shifter shakes purty hard.... and thats what i was thinking that was.... :-D [addsig]
