Front Bumper replacement

I need to replace my front bumper (my wife MAY have backed into it...). I am planning on replacing with a new setup. Not quite sure which one yet, but I have a winch sitting at the house that I want to be able to mount. The question is:How hard and what is involved in pulling the old bumper? I have never taken one off before.Thanks!

I replaced my daughters front bumper with one from Nates 4x4. It's not hard at all. She has a 2000 XJ.

I've always been paranoid about it because I am worried that I'll set off the airbags for some reason...so...are there any sensors that have to be disconnected...?
