mopar 360 tf 727 running smoooooooooth ! its nice to be on the road again8) waiting for a chance to do the spring over next month. the 360 fits very well and the only clearance issue is the cable shift mod i did is too close to the front d shaft upon compression. the spring over will more than compensate. i have to fab a better location for the mech temp gauge as i get a false reading of 210 degrees when warmed up but gauge never drops to o just stays at 140 or so..i put a nipple in the manifold and a pipe fitting, so i'll try to make a bung in a tube to place sender in the rad hose. running the motorcraft 2150 from the old 258 and its running a bit rich so i need to dial it in better yet before i check milage and all. shifting is smooth as glass and she purrs at 50 to 60 ! the ol 258 was having trouble just getting to 50 LOL !
one glitch in wiring to track down, as the battery will drain overnight.
 ive got the gm module to eliminate the ballast resistor so we'll see if that cleans up the drain ? or ive got one of the MANY mopar wires in the wrong spot ! minor technicality

Sounds good....not sure you really want to check the MPG though:rolleyes:.

Not sure if you want to do this, but you can add a battery disconnect for overnight storage. I have one of those in my jeep because of aftermarket gauges(volt gauge draws constant power), and I haven't had any issues with it.
