What is the best way to pass wires from the engine bay to cabin of a 2010 wrangler. Is there a pre drilled hole on the fire wall? Please help

You will need to find a rubber grommet to punch a hole through or if its an automatic, there should be a plastic body plug where the clutch should be if it was built with a manual trans..

There may be wires already run. There was on my '05 all I had to do was replace the turn signal/light switch & add a fuse (& fog lights of course)

Sometimes it does Zack, however, if the factory harness is used and the multifunction switch is replaced, the jeep will need to be brought to a dealer for programming.. The VIN configuration must be updated by the dealer, TIPM reprogrammed and feature enabled.. Not as easy as it used to. The new setup is turned on with a software....

If you're going to be adding any other electrical gear you may consider a relay panel from another vehicle, then you can centralize your electrics to be at their most efficient.

I just bought an aftermarket one for boats and placed it under the hood of my YJ... Same principle, though, and I second Turbogus' advice.

Most jeeps have wires running through the firewall into the column or other area. Just trace those wires and zip ties will be your friend. My TJ looks like a gaming computer on the inside with all the lighting and things that have been ran.
