Anyone have any experience with Dunlop Radial mud rovers? I just put a set of 33x12.50s on my YJ and have only gone up a light trail. How well will these things do? and how long will they last?

my buddy has a set of 35x12.50 rovers on his ranger and he has dogged through some major mud holes, stuff up past his doors and hes not locked, they clean well, mold good, but they just have stock radial sidewalls so watch out about wrapping around tooooo many sharp jagged rocks, theyre a pretty good tire for all around trail riding

I love mine. I have 33s and am getting 35s soon. I am a lil leery about the sidewalls, but the tires are so damn cheap it almost doesnt matter.

What kinda milage do you guys have on yours? One of my friends got some on his F150 and they made the truck almost undrivable on the highway after about 10-12K miles. I thought something was wrong with the truck but it's fine now (with BFG land terrains with a substatial amount of miles on them) and he didn't align it or anything. I figured the dunlops just didn't hold up well. They did work really well in the river bottom mud but the highway manners were something else.

I really liked the set of 35s that I had. They performed better than I thought they would in the dirt, and they were great onroad.
Offroad they're no Swamper......but I'd put them up against almost all the other "compromise" mud terrains out there.

The BFG Land terrains and the Dunlop Mud Rovers are a completely different type of tire. Apples and oranges.

Theres a guy up the road from me who has them on his Jeep (32's). He's pretty happy with them and says they are great offroad. Your friend probably either didn't have them on the right width wheel or possibly they were not properly inflated while on the street.

I have 10k on mine and they are great. Havent had em balanced since I had them put on and I have rotated them only once.
