Just wondering if anyone is planning on being there this next week? It's a pretty good sized event and I figured some of my fellow West Coaster's might be there :lol:

By the way it is the same event that used to be called "Sand Fest"

We worked late Wed. nite so we could leave work early Thur. and watch the drag racing... was awesome to see some of those bad boys ....great seeing you again 88 and looking forward to the next time...do you know the dates for next year? We are going to make reservations down there somewhere for camping...maybe one of the RV parks or ??? LBR

hmmmm, I don't know for sure what the dates are for next year. Getting reservations early is a very good idea though....I know we'll be making some coming up here pretty soon, and we already have our motel and everything picked out that we want.

The drag racing was pretty sweet though, wasn't it!! Some of those people have CRAZY amounts of time and money into their bikes!

Yeah, some of the drag machines were over the top, for sure....quess that's why we dug them so much.....I'll bird-dog the dates for next year as well...one of us should be able to find out LBR
