Door locks, windows don’t go down, interior lite stays on

I have a problem with my 04 grand Cherokee. The passenger side windows will not go down and the doors will not unlock when you hit the unlock button on the driver side. Also the interior lights stay on until I turn them off. Passengers Side mirror will not move when using the mirror adjust on the driver door. Could this just be a couple of fuses or major electrical work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

All those wires go through the hinge of the door where they get flexed. This is a common problem. Find the break and splice them back together.
