difference in rubicon lifts

whats the difference in rubicon 4.5 extreme duty for a zj and the 4.5 regular superflex..besides $1100?

the extreme duty is a long arm suspension system, which moves the mounting locations of the control arms closer to the middle of the jeep, usually by cutting off the old mounts and then either welding or bolting a new mounting plate to the frame. long arms are said to give better road characteristics as well as better off road ability

most people who run 'em, swear by them. so if you have the dough it might be something to think about getting

i've been told that if you're going to lift a zj that much, long arm is the only way to go. i think you lose a lot of handling and stuff without the long arm suspension over 4". but this is only what i've heard, i might be talking out my ass...but i'm sure someone more knowledgable than me will chime in. oh but there is that $$$ issue to think about too i guess.
