The Delta lug-nut-lite kit (P/N 01-6581-50) is designed to replace your Jeep's third brake light, moving it into the spare tire. Overall I like it.
The install is straight forward - you pull your spare tire off, then the factory third brake. You cut the wires to the existing third brake light, and splice in the new ones. The lug lights have dis-connectors on them that allow you to remove your spare, and pop them out easily. The lug lites were a bit loose in my lug holes, but the wires that are attached hold them in well.
