Dash pad removal

Just purchased a good used dashpad for my 95 YJ. The new pad is JUUSTTTT about out except for 1 @#@@$% screw behind the grab handle on the passenger side. I can not seem to get the glove box or grab handle out of the way to access this last screw,..
My manuel does not show anything and I am running low on patience and beer. Any advice will be appreciated.
