Corrosion of rear window hinges

I have a 98 TJ I love it, but am frustrated with the rear window hinges... they are not rusting but corroding

I have already replaced them twice and the last set we stripped down to the bare metal primed and repainted but still corroding. Some corrosion occuring on mirrors as well.

Any suggestions?
