Comanche?

Saw this last winter and always just assumed it was a Comanche anyone know for sure?

That's just your basic Willys pickup........not sure if they really named them back then. The Comanche's (sp?) came later on when AMC and others became involved.

BTW........I really love those things!!! Love the old Willys wagons even better (and they did have a few names).

Yep, Willys pickup.

Comanche started around '86, they share most components with the Cherokee from the front doors forward.

It's a Willy and a nice one at that. A ride that that will turn a lot of heads at any Jeep, 4WD, or offroad event.

My dad had 63 Willy when I was a kid...I thought is was kind of nerdy back then, but would now do just about anything to get one.

the comanche shares alot of stuff with a cherokee. i had an 85 comanche, i think so they must've started in 85, like the cherokee, but i don;t really remember
