code 25- with clicking alternator/starter?

Camp Jeep 2005 - some pics.

When I start my 97 TJ I'm getting a clicking noise and it won't start. I'll try a few times then it will start with a low to no idle. I've had the code 25 (Automatic Idle speed motor drive circuit shorted or target idle not reached, vacuum leak found) twice. Is it the alternator or starter or battery or vacuum leak?

I'd say it's a bad battery, or battery connections.

I just went and cleaned the connections and the positive battery cable bolt was corroded and disintegrated! I pried off the the cable and cleaned both terminals and it started right up, five times in a row! Thanks!!!
