Clutch question

This seems to be just the opposite from most posts I've read here and elsewhere. Clutch has been in and working for over a year. All of a sudden it is releasing and engaging about an inch from the floor. Cold or hot doesn't matter. If I hold the pedal in for several seconds, like at a stop light, it seems to work normally then. It's fine then until the next day when it starts over again. It doesn't pump up pressure either like you would do to brakes when it acts up.

Is it a hydrolic clutch? if so, did you check the fluid level to make sure it is full?

If it's mechanical, you could try adjusting it a little and see if that might help.

I pulled what we at work call an ID 10 T error. It helps to fill the reservoir before asking a question. If you don't get it, remove the spaces from the error number and reread.
