I'm pretty sure they are M 12 bolts, but hardened, 10.9 equal to a SAE 8. I remember using a regular socket, half inch drive to get them out, nothing exotic. Getting the hub off is a whole other can of worms. I buy three M12 x 100MM bolts, screw them in there and use a big hammer on the bolt heads, the hub is usually rusted on there pretty good. I occasionally switch positions (move to another bolt hole) and turn the wheel to another position to get a good swing.
Trying to use a puller, or to wedge or pry them off is usually (always) wasted effort.
