why my check enggine indicator allways turn on (cheroke 1997)

If the SES lamp turns on at the initial key on cycle and then shuts off after a few seconds when the engine is started, that's normal.

If it's on all the time, stop by an auto parts store and they can scan the computer for free and tell you what the trouble code is.
