Changing bolt pattern

I just ran into some wj rims. I know the bolt pattern is 5 on 5,while the jeep is 5 on 4.5. Anyone know how hard it is to change the bolt pattern or what would be the easiest way? I am guessing it would be too hard, but want to check it out.

You can buy adapters (bolt onto your lugs and then wheels bolt onto that) or change the axles. I think those are the only two ways to do it.
