Can I swap to 4.0 engine?

Had a 93 yj w/4.0 + 5spd and destroyed it (don't ask). Now I have 95 yj w/2.5 + 5spd and feel jipped. I can run up hills faster than it can.
Any insider tricks to fool present engine? What about those speed chips/resisters on e-bay?
Can I bolt on a 4.0 w/o huge problems. I just installed a new water pump on my rig with only a few extra parts left over and feel ready to tackle anything.

the 4.0 and 2.5 mounts are completely different.. it would be too much of a pain to swap to only a 4.0... hey Bounty... tell our friend about 4BU
