Blower stays on?

I turned of my jeep at work today and the blower stayed on. Tried to turn it off with the knob but it kept blowing at the high setting. I pulled a bunch of fuses but no go. Re-started a bunch of times also nothing. It finally slowed down on its own then I turned the key off and it went off. What ya think?

It's probably broken...:-)

There is a relay that can get stuck in the closed position, that may cause it.
The relay controls the high-speed-bypass, which gives full amps to the blower, I'd check that first.

Where is this relay? Behind the dash.

It should be really close to the blower itself. On Chevy's it was under the hood by the firewall. I'm just not sure on you rig where it would be. It should be a black cube about 1.5" square.
