Ive got a 95 cherokee and Ive read most the threads on blower motor problems here and they all say if its only running on High to get a new Resistor. Ive got a new switch and spliced new wires for the switch and it still only runs on high. The thing i dont understand is I can put the Positive cord from the volt meter onto the plug that the switch connects to and make it change speeds myself when its not connected to the switch. Wouldnt that mean my blower resistor isnt broke?
