Birthdays Alone

I gt to spend my birthday alone and working on the new Lift for the TJ. Who could ask for more?? Need some Input though. These springs didn't come with Instructions, What tools do I need to complete this task in a quick and proficient manner. I don't have coil spring compressors. What I do have is Jack stands and a Hi-Lift I figure I can jack one side and put the jackstand under it the axle then lift the bumper of the other side and bang fully flexed with a loose spring.

Will that work or not??
