Best Gear ratio?

I have the 4.0 with 3.73s I am currently running 31x10.5s whats the best gear ratio for 33x 12.5s 4.10 4.56 or what also would it make a difference if I only did 33X10.5 its my daily driver so I want to gear to get the best milage thanks

i would say 4.10 for the 33's as a daily driver and with the 33 10.50's they will save u on fuel the thinner the tire the less drag and road friction, less friction = better MPG

3.73 to 4.10 is such a subtle change that it's hardly worth the time and $$ IMO. Go with 4.56 or use the money somewhere else.

The 10.5" tires will be better for onroad driving, less wind resistance and less rotating mass to accelerate and maintain speed. They will balance eaiser and are easier on the suspension, axles, and steering. They also fit well on stock rims and fit under the fenders to keep that Sahara nice and clean. Can you tell I'm a fan of narrower tires?

thats tru but if its mostly highway driving its better than 373 turning those 33 inch tires but 4.56 will give u more power. im goin 4.88 in my jeep

nice and clean! I have mud in every orface every hole and every cranny.... okay I washed it today but it is usually muddy.

personally... being that i have 3.07 stock.. if i was going to 33's... i would go TO to 3.73 gears... i don't get the torque i would from the 4.xx... but i could still drive on the highway without redlining

I've got 373s with 33 x 12.5s, 5th gear is about useless unless going downhill with a good tailwind. I'm going up to 35s and will go 456/488
