Stuck in the Rio Grande
The bolt that you loosen/tighten to make the power steering pump move (sort of slides along the threading), has a bolt to hold it in place... It's easy to spot, follow the threading till you see a part on it, on the back side of that is a bolt to be loosened... Makes twisting it a lot easier (I hope that's not as confusing as it looks, best way I can describe it...
Like Twisted said, it's pretty straightforward, just look at it, and you'll see which bolts need to come off/be loosened. The power steering pump is the tension point... Make sure you have the belt nice and tight, or it will squeal like crazy. Mine wasn't all that hard, removing the electric fan, and loosening the fan shroud made it easier on both the '95, and the '00... I want to say yours should be identical to the '95. Belt routing diagram should be on the fan shroud... Just time and patience, you'll see how it needs to happen.

I didn't loosen the two bolts on the back of the power steering unit. And I snapped the tension bolt. In total I believe there are 4 bolts on the 95 that I had to loosen. (rookie mistake) And while I'm at it, be aware of the radiator when your turning the tension bolt, your wrench may be coming pretty close to the rad, and for some reason it won't take to kindly with being smacked. Same for when your taking out the fan. All in all though straightforward. Have fun.
